POLYGULF® Polycarbonate sheets are made from raw materials sourced from some of the best suppliers in the industry. We use only prime quality virgin raw materials. The product range of polycarbonate sheets comes with different colours and can be customized as per customer requirements.
We also manufacture these sheets with patterns to suit various applications. POLYGULF® Polycarbonate sheets are also available with UV coating. These sheets are produced with co-extruded UV protection that permits them to be used in exterior applications where they are exposed to UV light.

Features of POLYGULF® Polycarbonate Sheets
Fire Retardant (Self Extinguishing)
POLYGULF® Polycarbonate sheets have an excellent flammability rating (UL94 V-2), are self-extinguishing and suitable for use in areas prone to fire. These sheets do not release toxic gases and are less flammable than GRP sheets.
Excellent Impact Resistance
POLYGULF® Polycarbonate sheets have exceptional impact resistance, 250 times the impact strength of glass and up to 40 times that of Acrylic sheets. They are virtually unbreakable.
Superior Clarity & Light Transmission
POLYGULF® Polycarbonate Clear Solid sheets are transparent like glass with 90% light transmission, and are available in translucent configurations for better light diffusion.
Weather Protected
Polygulf PC sheets have excellent UV protection. Our sheets are produced from UV-stabilized raw material and have good resistance against UV degradation.
Design Flexibility
These sheets can be cold curved in both directions, offering flexibility for installation over curved roofs or walls.
Broad Range Temperature Resistance
POLYGULF® Polycarbonate sheets remain stable between -20°C and +120°C, allowing them to perform in extreme conditions.
Better Heat/Thermal Insulation
These sheets exhibit better insulation against heat or cold when compared to glass or GRP sheets.
Handling with Ease
POLYGULF® Polycarbonate sheets are lightweight and have high impact strength, making them easy to store, handle, and install using conventional tools.
Chemical Resistance
POLYGULF® Polycarbonate Solid sheets are resistant to a wide range of chemicals, but are affected by certain solvents. Contact your distributor for more information.
Simple Maintenance
Clean POLYGULF® Polycarbonate sheets using mild detergent and warm water. Use a soft sponge and rinse with clean water for best results.
Solid Sheets Warranty
POLYGULF® Polycarbonate Solid sheets come with a warranty against yellowing and breakage, provided all warranty conditions are met.
